Hello!
Firstly, I am in no way a writer so please bear with me. I figured I would start this blog to keep my family and friends up to date on my new life in Saudi Arabia!
For those who don’t know, I am moving to Riyadh (Saudi’s capital) to work as a Registered Nurse in Emergency. For my nurse pals interested in doing something similar, I went through a recruitment agency called CCM recruitment. The money is great, accommodation/flights/utilities paid for and everything is organised for you through the agency which makes the transition to moving a whole lot easier knowing you will be set up when you get there.
As the name suggests, I am nine days out from leaving. Slightly freaking out about packing my entire life up as I have never lived overseas before but trying to remain excited and focus on all the positives. I’m planning on doing as much travel as possible when I am over there and am looking forward to immersing myself in a completely different culture.
